The women behind Nourish Drink Café want to transform your mind, but they’ll be happy to convert your palate first. Tucked away in midtown across from Swan Lake, Nourish specializes in nutritious blended drinks and small Grab and Go salads.

Owners Piper Kacere and Amy Murray recently celebrated a year of service and won the 2014 Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation’s TCC StartUp Cup for business models. They anticipate a south Tulsa location by the end of 2015.

A blended drink includes all the vitamins and fiber from the original fruit or vegetable, unlike a traditional juice made by squeezing. Nourish drinks contain no processed sugars or dairy products, so they’re nutrient-dense and vegan-friendly.
