The ingredients: Vanilla whiskey, Drambuie, butterscotch Schnapps, cream

The lowdown: The Dust Bowl has a full bar and a varied beer selection, but all the specialty cocktails have one thing in common: they’re made with cream. It's a nod to beloved cult film “The Big Lebowski,” whose hero, The Dude, sips White Russians (aka Caucasians), bowls, and does very little else.
